The Mason-Dixon Council, BSA delivers the Scouting program to 2,110 youth and their families in Washington County, Maryland and Fulton and southern Franklin Counties in Pennsylvania, with the assistance of nearly 900 registered adult members. Formerly named the Washington Area Council, the Mason-Dixon Council was formed in 1956. The council owns and operates the nationally-accredited Sinoquipe Scout Reservation in Fort Littleton, Pennsylvania, where over 1,600 Scouts created experiences that will last a lifetime in 2016. The council is also home to the Guneukitschik Lodge 317 of the Order of the Arrow.
